Crown Star Enterprises Limited is a Hong Kong based sourcing company offering a wide range of China made products as well as OEM product development, production and project management.

With a main office in Hong Kong and a management and QC office in China, we are able to handle products in materials as diverse as metals, plastics, ceramics, wood, soft goods etc. These include licensed products, gifts and premiums, kitchen and glassware, furniture, POS materials including displays and display stands, packaging, cosmetic items, etc.

Our diversity and management structure allows us to offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ service which includes development from the idea stage, tooling development as required, manufacture and packaging to our customer’s specifications, shipping or drop-shipping, warehousing in the US or UK (if required) including a full on going delivery service etc.

Our representatives in the UK and USA give Crown Star’s clients a higher personal level of service in our two main markets. This also means we know and understand our client’s market and their needs giving them greater confidence and security while working in the Far East.

Mission: Quality and Service  

Our mission is, and always has been, to provide the best possible quality of product and service to our customers as possible. To this end we carefully audit the factories to ensure their suitability for our client’s requirements, control the in line and end of production quality inspections as well as undertaking our own inspections and closely liaise between quality control and shipping to offer the fastest deliveries possible as soon as the goods are due to finish the final stages of inspection and packing. Shipping then liaises with our forwarders and consolidators, and our overseas offices to ensure the speediest of deliveries to the final destinations.

 

Company Ownership

 

Crown Star Enterprises was formed in 2001.  It is owned and operated by Mark Orton, Gordon Gregor and Herbert Hui. 

A native of England, Mark is a former country manager for Ralph Lauren.  His background includes experience in retail sales and marketing, screenprinting and manufacturing. 

Gordon, a native of Scotland, has been manufacturing apparel and other goods in China for many years. 

Herbert is a native of Hong Kong and has a background in sourcing  as well as manufacturing in Hong Kong and China. 

All three gentlemen travel extensively and have clients throughout Europe and Asia.  As well, all three live with their young families in Hong Kong.
